I can't choose between Remembrance & Carry On.

I haven't read all of them, so I can't say.

Old Habits is my favorite

It seems each one has something I like, but if I had to nail it down it might be a tie between Old Habits and the Definition of Strength. I love the Nova's interaction with the theives, and especially his awkwardness around Vynal. Making Vynel blind I thought was a great unexpected touch to the character.

As to Definition of Strength the philosophy student in me was geeking out a ton reading that one, and I also really love how Viking writes the Priccesses.

I like a lot of them but to choose i would say its a tie between Old Habits and Hearths Warming Cookies.
