History: Has lived in Canterlot his entire life, was possessed by Sombra for a short time before the Royal
Wedding. From a long line of soldiers going back to Luna's original military and is the bearer of The Element of Honor and is the leader of The Elements of Freedom.

Personality: When on duty, he is serious and unwavering to anypony. Is loyal and honest to a fault and often times blunt. But off duty he's loose and enjoys multiple activities. He's not partial to drinking heavily but can tolerate a mango flavored beer and loves sports. His family comes first, always. Even his extended family of friends including Princess Luna. He lives just beneath Princess Luna's room in the Tower of Night. He is living his dream and is currently engaged to be married to Dust Storm, a maid that works in the castle.

Appearance: royal blue coat, average build, deeper blue mane and tail, in a "wavy" fashion (it's like that naturally), eyes are green flecked with gold.

Emblem (cutie mark): a black wolf head superimposed on a rolling wave

Special talent: water magic, the wolf head symbolizes his connection to the greater water elemental, Närud. Is capable is summoning lesser elementals.

Weaknesses: Relies on Närud to protect him in close quarters combat, while he is a dead-shot with magic and thrown/heavy weapons, he's hopeless with a gun in his grip.

Brief History: grew up mainland on the southern border of the Everfree Forest. Under the circumstances of getting his emblem, he became soul-linked to Närud, gaining extensive training in water magic, in exchange for doing jobs for Närud that the elemental would not normally be able to do because of the rules that bind such entities.

Armor: enchanted chain mail/plate mid weight armor, but is comfortable in most forms of light armor.

Specialty: Water magic (duh), he is extremely capable, but is bound by strict rules of conduct.

Brief Description: Soul-Link of Hydro Wolf, taught him everything he knows about water magic, and in return Hydro does the things that Närud himself is not able to do. Närud, as a greater elemental, is bound by strict rules in how he is allowed to use his abilities, and so has to rely on mortals to help him carry out his work.

History: Family was killed by King Sombra's invasion on Shadowshade. Shadowshadeis Hollow Point's home town but now left as a wasteland. He was captured by Sombra's Army and was tested on. The project on making super soldiers. Luckily the NLR came in and defeated Sombra's Army and rescued Hollow Point. From that day on he never left the NLR. He created the NLR Ghost Squad aka Squad 6. Only six of the elite soldiers including him are on the squad. As of now, Squad 6 hasn't accepted any recruits into their squad, hence no pony has ever heard of their existance yet.
Personality: He's a compassionate, kind, loyal pegasus. Similar to Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy. Always caring for those close to him. He is really creative too. He's often at his corporate headquarters at Intercore Tactical (formerly known as FSAA) making new innovative weaponry.

Has a team of mercs hidden away in a cave system within Gastly Gorge and is the impromptu leader of the group.

Personality: Is extremely loyal to anypony he trusts or has spent at least a few weeks with but is extremely sarcastic and moody when it comes to certain subjects. Has small boughts of anger which consist of him catching up on the bounty board.

Personality: (Original) Intelligent, sharp-witted and possessing a strong sense of honor, Nightshade found a passion for building weapons that he could only satisfy in the armed forces. In his workshop or in the war room, he always has a new idea, more often than not an unconventional one. But in the field, Nightshade is confident to the point of cockiness and something of an adrenaline junkie. He loves nothing more than facing down a challenge, except the pride of success. He also has a reputation for fieldcraft, making useful devices and even weapons from whatever he has at hoof.
(Updated) In light of recent events, Nightshade has lost any semblance of cheer or excitement for this war. Especially where Nexus is concerned, he will throw himself at any task that would give him or the NLRAF an advantage. Seeing how God-awfully OP his enemies can be, Nightshade has become obsessed with acquiring and developing weapons to even the odds. Time will tell if this obsession saves him or destroys him, both physically and mentally.
