Hello, all, I have been working with JSF, and finally have clarified the process of reviewing as well as a few other things to mention.

For every fic to be reviewed, it must first be added to the incoming folder. From there, the designated reviewers will look at the story and rank it, put it into the correct folder and also put the corresponding gem in a comment. (Agates and up.)

Besides Diamonds, every story is reviewed and ranked by the reviewer based on their opinion and grade it based on their own judgment. The only requirement that they must do is read the first 2-3 chapters, or in the case of gigantic chapters, 5,000 or 10,000 words before they make a decision.

After you receive a verdict, you may request either a second opinion or-after fixing errors- an updated review. Please go to the second review request thread to file a second look.

At this time, (1/7/14) All stories are grandfathered in, and will no be moved if standards are changed. Since the posting of a pic in the comments with the rank in new, feel free to contact me to post the picture if I miss you (Don't forget to say please).

Otherwise, If there is a mistake at any time (did not receive a gem, put into wrong folder, needs to be updated, etc) please contact me first and I will fix it. If you contact me, please tell me the problem, and in cases that we made a mistake or something needs to be fixed(rank was improved after a second look), please show some proof that we said it should be changed. Otherwise I will not do so.

So all mature stories no matter the quality go in the same place? You'd think there'd be sub folders in that folder at the least.

2550978 there are, but I haven't gotten to them yet.

I have been working with the mature stories so far. They are all sorted into the sub folders, but so far it doesn't show them as placed in there. The only way to know is to actually click the sub folder. I honestly have no idea why that is. If you have any questions about your mature stories, feel free to send me a PM and I will make sure they are where they should be at least.

Say I review a story in the PCRG and that story is not added here... Do I just add the story here in the appropriate folder and then send them the badge? Or just leave it as it is?
