Well, I haven't seen it yet, but it can't possibly be worse than that one House episode where the lady model turns out to be biologically male. That scene at the end where she's all like, "Look at my boobs and such, I'm totally a woman," and House is like, "Nope, I am the ultimate arbiter of gender," is super uncomfortable.
