The series was pretty nice. Love the interactions between Babs and Trixie. That was one friendship pairing that would love to see more of in the comics or the show.

Though there was a feeling that it was a little two short. I thing the story it self could warrant the four issue arc treatment, or even three issues if it were possible.

I also wished we knew more about Rough Diamond as a character. I feel like more could've been said. Maybe even a redemption for her as well, given that the story itself talk about Trixie and Babs Seed being former baddies who turned their lives around.
(Of course, it could also show how some could still refuse to turn their life around.)

I think the confusing thing about it deals with who the identity was: Officer Fluffles.
We aren't exactly told if she herself was an good cop gone bad, if she simply was masquerading as a cop with a false identity (which is most likely), or even took someone else's idenity like she did with Princess Luna. I personally Officer Fluffles was just truly made-up identity.

Even the writer admitted to wish to have more of a "backstory and/or motive" for her, but he prioritized Babs Seed and Trixie's own friendship instead.

She also doesn't have a strong presence in fanfics. The ones I have seen either referenced the events of the comic, one of what she is like in the Mirror universe she's apparently a true cop who also doubles as an secret agent for good

Sorry if this seems to be too rambling or disjointed. This has indeed been a good story, but it does feel that it should've been a four-parter to allow more space for the story and characters.

In my opinion, this was one of the best MLP comics IDW made. The story was fun, the art was appealing and the flow of it was smooth compared to most other arcs, everything!

Plus, it’s one of the rare comic arcs that actually aged better and managed to coexist nicely with the show canon.
