If it helps, the title is based on the book and movie All the President's Men, about the Watergate scandal. Which in turn, comes from the nursery rhyme Humpty Dumpty ("All the king's horses and all the king's men.")

Well, English is not my first language, so references to popular English language literature tend to go far above my head, but I did enjoy your story. I was asking for its name because I was recommending it to a friend. I think it's my favourite story within FiO other than "Always say no".
