Hmmm, good question. I'd hafta say...Apple Bloom's moveset would include a flying kick (reference to her trying martial arts under Rainbow's tutelage) and maybe a barrel that sprayed apple cider in the opponent's face? Sweetie Belle would sing some musical notes that were EXTREMELY loud and Scootaloo would pull off fast attack maneuvers on her scooter, without a doubt.
