Not bad for a Hyper Battle DVD Form. Too bad we'll never see it in main series Gotchard. Shoulder pads look familiar, but not sure where, although the gauntlets I definitely recognize: Ghost Newton Damashii's Gloves!

If Marsphoenix does end up appearing in the series proper, it will most likely be used by Majade instead of Gotchard. As for the shoulder pads, according to the Kamen Rider Wiki, they're reused from Zi-O's Fourze Armor.
