There needs to be 8 folders numbered 1 through 10 with no explanation. Anyone who asks what they are will receive the answer "yes."

Let people add stories to whichever they wish for a month. Watch as patterns develop, and people begin to informally, arbitrarily put certain types of stories in certain numbered folders. Camaraderie will grow as stories become child's play to find. Slowly, imperceptibly, a sense of community will build, and for the first time in years the magic of friendship will grace this group. That's you will know when to strike.

Randomly ban people for miscategorizing stories and shuffle everything around.

Wait a month, repeat, enjoy.
