Today is Chantal Strand's birthday. She is the talented woman who voiced Diamond Tiara across the first five seasons of FiM, and Spoiled Rich in sparodic appearances from Season 5 onwards. I believe she was also the voice of Bon Bon in the character's appearance in "Green Isn't Your Color".
I believe by now I've mentioned how Diamond Tiara was supposed to have a line during the reprise of "We'll Make Our Mark" but it got cut. And that ideas were pitched for her and for Silver Spoon after Season 5, but they were always turned down because Hasbro said their stories were over. No word on whether or not Spoiled Rich's appearances were compensation to Chantal for that.

To be honest. After DT's reformation in "COTLM", she has now become my favorite character. And I was kinda upset that she didn't get a role for 5 1/2 seasons. I was hoping she (and Silver Spoon) get to hang with the CMCs, and later become a professional member of them. And maybe she can use this new her as an opportunity to redeem Cozy Glow. At least she had a speaking role in Equestria Girls. But nonetheless, DT is my favorite. And Happy Belated Birthday Chantal!
5693413 DT definitely won me over after "Crusaders of the Lost Mark". That's why I wrote so many stories about her, and still tend to write one or two stories about her a year.
