Hello everyone! Its me, Midnight Blitzer and I have some news to share.
Even though I've stated that I'm back from summer's block, I haven't really updated any stories huh? Well, that's because I'm working on the Lightendark OST on my youtube channel! The writer's block prevented me from working on the themes so now I'm doing just that! A theme will probably drop by soon.
Second I've been deciding which story I should update, as in having enough energy to make significant progress where I make myself finish whatever I had started. Haven't gotten to that point yet, but soon I should be able to write a new chapter!
There's something else that's been going on. I've been recently reading Harry Potter and like I began to form random ideas. The idea would be heavily based on the SuperCarlinBrother's recent Harry Potter What If Series. Basically the portal that leads to Equestria Girls is actually directed at Harry Potter's world, meaning Sunset Shimmer gets sorted into Hogwarts (or something, this idea is pretty weak XD)
However, it's a 'random' idea, and the only reason the idea stuck in my mind in the first place is because (a) I love all the AUs here in Fimfiction (b) none of them are complete yet. The ones I've read haven't gone beyond Chamber of Secrets, though I highly recommend them anyways. The idea of potentially reaching Chamber of Secrets and beyond up to finishing the HP series is epic however I know that (1) I have my own projects (2) writing a very long series is daunting.
Especially when you consider Let Our Values Endure will be a long series, covering all of MLP. And then potentially another long series after that, 'seperate' from the first.
Also i don't know much about Harry Potter lore. I'd probably get Obliviated (wait no that's a memory spell) by the people!
Idk, what do you think? Should I try and tackle this in the future? Or would you all be interested in me reviving an old, deleted story, one that those who followed me so long ago may remember?
Equestria's UnOrdinary?
I'd say focus on your unfinished works, unless you're tired of them. I read the first six Harry Potter books back in the day, but never finished the series. Maybe one day?
