Well, everything that's on the other side is given a human twist (twilight focused on magic -> twilight focused on science, a once fierce and scary creature now friendly and loved companions, dragons -> wolves/dogs) so since magic is replaced with tech/science, but magic still exists, maybe an automaton of some kind?
Something like a steampunk robot, with Emerald as the heat source to keep the boiler at temperature. Poor Emereald would freak out when they learn that the boiler in their chest is filled with water and they need more water to keep moving.
I was going to suggest something along the lines of the Flame Atronach from skyrim, just with a bit more encompassing armour... but I think Noname8's is much more fun and creative, haha.
