Happy 31st anniversary, Sonic the Hedgehog! I was hoping to get this out before today was over. Better late than never- Now, as promised, here are some questions from you the readers and their answers.

Could Eggman team up with other villains or he's going to do it alone?

There will be some others involved. But I wouldn’t say they’ll be so hospitable to call them team ups.

She’s gonna have her own concerns for the foreseeable future.

What’s your personal favorite chapter?

Definitely chapter 10. That was the point where all the plot threads I'd laid up until that point - Sonic on the run, the disorder among the guards and citizens, the Mane 6, Eggman's debut - all came together and could be resolved. And while it was a pain and a half to get finished, the action in that Canterlot battle was some of my most enjoyable work. Probably my favorite parts were giving Celestia and Luna a chance to show off how powerful alicorns of their caliber should be. My fellow Star Wars fans will hopefully notice the two sources of inspiration I used for Celestia.

Will my boy Tails (or any character from Mobius) will end up in Equestria as well?

Two more you haven’t seen yet. I won’t spoil who they are right now.

Any shipping between one of the OCs?

There will be a number of eventual relationships, a fair amount with OCs.

Will Eggman dabble in the world’s resource to make some unique mechs?

Eventually? A little. But far less than you’d think. Unless you haven’t noticed, Eggman has quite the disdain for the Equestrians. For him specifically, I’ve had the idea to tap into what a non-fan of the series would think MLP. Soft. Weak. Offering nothing of value. Eggman pretty much already has that mindset for all other life around him. That goes double for the cutesy little ponies. I wonder if that will come back to bite him…

Will any of the military go with Sonic to find the emeralds?

No. The entire military have their own things worries now. As of right now, Equestria is at war. They’ll have a lot of preparing to do before the next attack.

I can neither confirm nor deny that at this point in time.

Will you be using Pre-SGW Arche canon as the basis?

No. I kept the planet name because it makes sense to me that Sonic and crew are from another planet, but this is game canon. Even with a few influences from across the series’ different iterations.

Are you gonan throw subtle hints on the romance or just gonna do a chapter where one of the characters involved has a love epiphany?

I don’t think that’s how attraction works in real life, lol. There will be hints and gradual growth for all future couples. There’s even some now for another couple that you can catch. The intention here is for things to be as natural as possible. I believe the best stories, those that resonate the most with people, are the ones that are realistc. That touch on universal things we all experience. I have too high hopes for this to not aim for the best possible quality.

Well, it’s not like the hints are subtle, lol. But you’ll find out the depths of all that soon enough. That girl’s got a whole mess of issues to unpack.

Without going into too much details, what is the main theme of the story you’re trying to tell with this fanfiction?

I’ll touch back on that later on. More of them should become clear as the story goes on.

Why did Sonic slap Spitfire on her rear end back in chapter 4?

Let’s just call it cheeky horse teasing and leave it at that for now.

As a fellow writer myself, what goes into making stories for you? How do you do it?

Most of it is just surrounding myself with ideas. Taking from the fictional things I enjoy and just ruminating on them, taking bits and pieces that will work for my purposes. My Youtube playlist of now countless videos dedicated to storytelling I've compiled over the years probably helps too, lol. With the expansive history of Sonic and MLP, there's a whole host of ideas to pick from. And others have worldbuilding and narrative structures that can help to flesh things out. It's really just a matter of time, and a little copying and reworking from other things, while also putting enough of your own twist on it to try and make it your own.

I don't think it'll be much longer before I have the next chapter ready. I'd say it's about 50% done now. And as always, it's been a pleasure.
