The next chapter of UME will certainly take around another week to make. The current week is a busy one for me, and part of the chapter is asking me to pass a lot of time in the wikis. As a result, it's very slow. So please, be patient.
On another note, I have also been using the time to think of other stuff for the future of the story. Especially about King K Rool. He is the only character of the Marioverse that hasn't appeared yet, and there's a good reason for it.
I really regretted his absence over all these years. As good as the Tiki Tak Tribe and the Snowmads were, in my view, they didn't hold a candle to the Kremlins (although the Snowmads were pretty close). So I really want to give K Rool a worthy return.
And goshdarnit, what a return it will be!
I promise to you, when he will appear, K Rool will be at his best! The cruel king who wanted to blow up a whole island! But worst! Oh boy, you aren't ready!
Thankfully for you, his return won't happen before some time. It will probably take me a year or two before I reach this point.
You say that "King K Rool" is "the only character of the Marioverse that hasn't appeared yet" What about the villains and sidekicks from "Mario & Luigi" games and Warioware (Sorry I have fish memory so I'm not sure)? Or they are a different universe?

I was talking of the characters that are part of the roster of Smash Bros Ultimate. Mii costumes don't count. For the sidekicks, Starlow and Stuffwell already appeared, but I couldn't make everyone like Popple, Prince Peasley, or Prince Dreambert show up. It would have been too much. Warioware characters are also part of this universe, but they will appear in their own time.
