So remember when I posted about donating money toward a movie production and getting screwed over the perk? Well, here's that movie...
Left Behind 2: Rise of the Antichrist, directed and starring Kevin Sorbo, is filming right now in Canada. Yeah. That's right. I donated to a Left Behind movie starring that infamous has-been 90s star turned right wing/anti-vax/Twitter troll, "K-Sorbs". If you have just lost all respect for me, I completely understand. In my defense though, I wasn't aware of his eventual involvement back in 2015. I was still holding out hope that they could get Nicolas Cage back. So much for that 
And no. I never did get my chance to pitch ideas for the script before filming. They took my Indiegogo money and ran. The folks who spent $7,500 for speaking roles were scammed too as far as I know.

Yeah, giving money to people who expect the world to end any day now is counterproductive.

While I have had some KS video game projects go south in many ways, it's a surprised that what they had planned for a movie back in 2015 would be a shock that they would become a supporter of (what could believed to be) the "anti-christ". We live in a new, chaotic world, looking for ways to escape from it.
And I lost 5K on weed stocks 6 years ago, when it looked like it was going to be the next big thing and that it would eventually be on par with alcohol. But as at turns out, nobody aside from the Hollywood potheads and college losers cares about weed.
