-Don't threaten to bomb the FBI headquarters, they really don't like that. Also, Unabomb isn't a verb.
This week's life lessons learned:
-Don't use your cell phone while driving. Especially don't do so while on a zoom call to the court room where there is a criminal case going on for you driving with a suspended license, that is what lawyers call self-incrimination.
It's been...odd. I've not been a ball of volatile emotions or having emotional breakdowns. I think it's been because I've had 7 years to brace for his death. That's how long it took for the cancer to take him and because I was there for most of it, I had time to come to terms with that it was going to take him.
Life lessons we learned this week:
-If the police are chasing you and you hide, they will find you, life is not a video game. Though points to this guy for creativity on the fly as who would think to look in a dryer? But he loses points because the dryer had an acrylic window in the door.
How I don't hear you asking because I most likely don't live anywhere near you. She horked up on the keyboard while I was asleep. When I went to file the claim through Walmart's replacement plan that I had purchased when I bought the computer, they wouldn't honor it because they had discretely changed what insurance company covers it. Fucking Walmart.

The one I had before that, I had gotten off of Amazon. They were supposed to have emailed me the warranty information, but when my parents place burned down, surprise surprise, I couldn't get that one replaced. I live in a small rural town in GA and the closest place I can go to find an actual electronics store is an hour or more drive away.

They didn't have homeowners insurance because 1) Because of the age of the trailer it would have been expensive, and 2) Even if it wasn't expensive, my father wouldn't have sprung for it. My mother had to go behind his back to get them both on life insurance.
