Spike is a prodigy, have a very high HQ, futher more than Twilight's so yes, he plays many instrumentos and no, Spike has no power, the only power he has is his knowledge and creativity

Hahaha the only power appart from magic is the inteligent and there is not going to be a revolution but a can't say the same of a war... that where I can read
