Adventures in Airbnb hosting...

In Spanish, or at least here in Mexico, we have a saying that said "one bullet wound every trip". Well, for the last three groups, I lost a microwave oven with the first group, the fridge lost its gas with the second one, and a little after Hurricane Grace (I think), the third group comes in, and it turns out that one of the air conditioner units is tripping its circuit breaker. I'll be changing the circuit breaker tomorrow, but as my luck holds lately, that old a.c. has probably sung its swan song.
It's making money, but not a lot.
I'm tearing my hair out.

Bueno, eso depende del anfitrión. Yo digo que solo no me dejen trastes sucios y hagan limpieza básica, pero sí hay anfitriones que piden que la casa esté "como si no hubiera entrado nadie".
