Rarity walked around her boutique as she finished getting ready for her company. The smell off fresh coffee filled the air, overpowering the normally lightly floral perfumed air. While it was a bit late for her to enjoy the drink, it wasn’t for her.
A light blue luminescence enveloper both her horn and the door knob, opening the door as her guest readied himself to knock.

Right when expected, James. *She chuckled slightly* It’s so nice of you to be so punctual.

It’s important in my line of work.

Shame you can’t teach Rainbow Dash to be so timely.

*Chuckling* The only way I can do that is if I’m practicaly carying her.

I doubt she’d mind that.

Especially since it’s another chance for her to relax.

*Rarity walked off into another room, collecting a curious contraption and a large baby blue mug. With a gesture she invited James to sit as she depressed a plunger on the contraption and poured out the fresh coffee, adding sugar and cream for James.*

You must want something special. *James smirked*

*Sighs* Alright. I do want something, but I only butter you up because I appreciate you. And flirting doesn’t work with you like it does the stallions around here.

I’m surrounded by lovely women and regularly spend time with six wonderful mares. If I were such a sucker for a pretty face and kind word I’d have nothing. I am just such a sucker for a good friend, however.
