There's a button that adds a horizontal bar onto the page and I never knew.
Look at that thing. Look at how good it looks. All this time, I've been using a spacer bar made out of dashes and centered. Like so:

I am the biggest fool in the entire world. 
But also, whoever's reading this, which one do you like better? The first one looks better and more professional and all that jazz, but using a dumb little bar made out of dashes adds a bit of stupid personality to my stuff. Actually, I'm just going to keep using the one I have, at least for consistency's sake; but I'd like the opinion anyway because I enjoy interaction.
The horizontal rule is fancier, but I also like when personality is added through other breaks. I personally don’t mind either way.

I would argue that the sheer foolishness that results in claiming the title of the biggest fool in the entire world gives me a fair shot at living up to it.
Also, you're right; I don't watch the news.
