So, as you all know, I'm from France, and in France, we have this great You Tube Channel called Joueur Du Grenier. They are so well known that even some of you may know them. They are pretty much the French equivalent of the Angry Video Game Nerd.
Well, recently, they became one of the victims of You tube's intense censures. For 12 years, they didn't have any problem, but since a few months, almost all of their new video got censure problems.
Now, yesterday, they posted a video about Duke Nukem Forever and, without surprise, the guys were forced to do a censured version despite doing their best to censure obvious stuff like naked women. For this censured version, they had to censure stuff like women even if they weren't naked (they weren't even in underwear), words like piss and buttock, and so on. And even with all that, the censured version still ended up 18+.
Enough is enough, JDG decided to send a lawyer to attack You Tube.
About time someone decides to do this. I'm surprised nobody attempted to do this until now with all that censure bull. Especially that there are lots of nsfw videos that are present everywhere on You Tube and aren't worried, so there's clearly a problem.
I mean, we can't even watch a documentary about WW2 without it being censured, but videos of naked women twerking or whatever are okay. 
Sadly, JDG by themselves may not be able to do much against You Tube, but if the situation spreads and if other famous channels join them, then You Tube may finally get the big slap it deserves. It's the occasion, unless we want our future to only have videos of kitties and of reactions.

Now that you've brought this to my attention, it made me realize just how confusing YouTube is. They have the audacity to censor minor swear words but don't even bother trying to get rid of actually mature content such as highly erotic and seductive videos...
I used to ask "What is this world coming to?", but now I'm going to ask, "What is YouTube coming to?!"

Well,the reason as to why no one never had demanded Youtube could be that well,they’re Company.and people generally asume that facing a Company in a tribunal is kinda hard and the possibility of winning are low since a company can affort better lawyers.
Having said that,I also with you on this.YouTube is becoming more and more a far cry of the glorious platform it was back in is first years,with problems that people either shut in and tolerate them because they don’t see any other option or people that just leave and go to make their content in another places like Discord or Twich.
If you ask me,it was about time someone do something,and I Hope this would encourage others do the same.hope they win the demand and get us YouTube’s Users some payback .

To tell you how important it is here's some context.
JDG, at first, it was just two guys filming one of them raging while playing/testing bad retro games. It was just that.
But with time, their videos gained in popularity to the point that they became a small company. Instead of using the money to get themselves a life of luxury, they used it to buy a place that they modified and equipped to do the best videos possible. They hired people. They rented other places like castles to film some of their videos. They became professionals.
But because of that censure they receive, especially the shadowbane and the 18+, their videos get less views, and so, they get less money, if said videos are't just demonetised. Worst, if the videos are 18+, they don't even get paid by their sponsors. But as you understand now, they need that money to pay the people they hired and the equipment they need.
And so, they had no choice but to call a lawyer. They could simply go to another platform like Twitch, but the problem is that they aren't YouTube. No other platform is like YouTube. YouTube is the best video platform of the Internet, so they have no choice but to use it. And when the best platform of the Internet starts to be an ass, then it's time to kick said ass to remind them that there are consequences.
