    Stardom's about to drop off the bottom of the New list, and I'm feeling down about it. I have to admit, a 21k word fic might be a bit of an issue for some readers. Should I, maybe, cut it into smaller chapters? Would that be kosher? I don't want it to look like I'm gaming the system.

Well, I enjoyed it, nice little read.

I suppose it could have stood dividing up into a few chapters, you had some natural breakpoints in there.

I've seen and read stories with over 100k words contained in one chapter so I'm fine with it! but i don't really know how anyone else will react to this.
