    it has been some time

I miss being on here a lot and writing. I have been busy with life and running my channel. I forgot about this for a while. Well, I started writing the stories again. So who knows, maybe some new chapters are coming soon.

Happy Pride Month!!! · 8:57pm Jun 1st, 2021

It took a while for me to understand why this month is so important to everyone but looking back, I can see why people take it with great pride to embrace their sexuality. Without going into details, I too had my own problems coming out to my family as bisexual and unfortunately, there are people that will never accept me as such. It's a sad truth but I do believe we have made a lot of progress in the following years and have reason to celebrate the accomplishments we made. Unfortunately, I can't really be a part of the LGBTQ community for reasons but I am always in full support of the movement and what they stand for. So happy pride month!:pinkiehappy:

As someone who is bi, I'm here to tell you that you're a part of the LGTBQ+ community. You might not date or to clubs or go to parades and rallies, but you're still part of the community. Sexuality and sex(both the acts and genetics) aren't the same thing.

I know a bit of what you're dealing with with your family. The members of my are homophobic and they believe that people choose to be something other than hetero. I had a girl I was dating break up with me when she found out I was bi, she said she "couldn't be with someone like that" and asked me why I "wanted to be that way." I responded "I'm better off without you you (rhymes with flirty ditch)" and "why she wanted to act like a (rhymes with punt)". Needless I wasn't nice.

Because the B in LGBTQ+ means bisexual. I'm trying to be a supporter of a fellow bi and share my personal experiences so she doesn't feel as alone, I know that experience of not having other people whom will support you and the feeling of having to constantly on defense to protect yourself. Even if she doesn't date or go to clubs or attend parades and rallies, that doesn't disqualify her from being in the LGBTQ+ community and I openly accept her and let her know that no one deserves to have to hide in the closet.

I identify as demisexual, sapiosexual bi. Even if you don't see yourself as a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I see you as a member and will hold the door for you if you ever decide to declare yourself a member publicly.

The thing is that I've tried to be involved with the movement but one, a lot of people in the community are very sensitive and I'm very blunt but also despite me being a centrist and being neutral and agree with things from both sides, I voted for Trump and a lot of them just couldn't accept me for that. Which is why I don't involve myself in the movement because a lot of people just don't want me in it. Very ironic when you think about it

You say it took you a while to understand, I suppose then I'll ask if you could help me understand it.
I've always seen these sorts of things to be neither something to be proud of nor ashamed of; it's just who you are.
I sort of think I understand it at times, but other times less so.

I've never been against Pride Month, all save for all the businesses that pretend to care in order to get more pandering income while you'd never see them show that same sort of things to their precious Chinese markets.

I have the same mindset not liking the businesses that want to Pander and sexuality being the only thing that makes us special. I understand as we come so far from where we were 30 years ago. I can see why people want to celebrated such as other days like marther Luther King jr. Yeah I do believe people blow it over proportion but as someone who has faced discrimination from others, I for one can say that it's not always easy

I rather like your perspective, on the level and makes sense. Being able to celebrate it is like a reminder of victory,

I'm sorry you had to face this sort of thing, and know you've always friends to turn to here.
