Hello everypony, so today I was working doing my work out, schedule. like I have been doing for the past few weeks and I have noticed that I have lost some weight already. Don’t get me wrong, I wasn’t “big” i was just a little bit oversized, but ever since I started working out, I have sort of becoming addicted to it in a good way. On school days, I go to bed early, 20:00 to 21:00 and go up at four and I take my morning jog. After school around 15:00 to 16:00, I start doing my more intense workout with the radio playing songs. I have really started to like it. I used to have a lot of aggression issues and I would easily lash out at people the same way an Italian man sees someone put pineapple on a pizza. Jokes aside though, my training schedule makes me happy and I have started taking away a lot of candy and chips, replacing them with fruits and vegetables. The same could be said about sodas. I have almost completely replaced it with water. I only eat candy once a month and I have a soda once a month. That is pretty much it. I don’t eat as much food as I used to either. I have relaxed more over time and have become calmer. I have also noticed that I have a clearer mind and that I have a lot more energy. You will be getting a chapter for Spike Dorcha on Friday, so do have your eyes peeled for that! Anyways, it felt lovely to be able to put this off my chest.
