and #2 is Fluttershy, although the most recent episode lowered my opinion of her
slightly, but she was a bit annoying
actually, just to answer any future questions, here's my top 10 ponies
#10: Rarity (Applejack fanboys are gonna crucify me for preferring her, but whatever)
#9: Trixie (recent episode has a bit to do with this)
#8: Braeburn (the girls want to be with him, the guys want to be with him)
#7: Twilight (the member of the mane six that is the most like me)
#6: Spitfire (I see a lot of myself in her, and Spitfire is so much better than Raindow Dash)
#5: Cheerilee (when I grow up, I hope to become as good a teacher as her)
#4: Sweetie Belle (as far as the CMC go, I'll admit that I'm a massive Sweetie Belle fanboy)
#3: Derpy (like her, I have shitty eyesight, that and she's beautiful in her own way)
#2: Fluttershy (if the innocent side of my childhood could be summed up in one character, it would be her)
#1: Luna (the character that I relate to the most, and she represents the dark/awesome side of my childhood)

Not so sure if I agree with 8# & 9# on a top ten list? Also, I think the line is, "Women want to be with him and men want to be him..." Unless that was intentional? and then...

566057 I think she is underrated/ underdeveloped by the writing staff (much as Luna is) and by the fans she is oft depicted as a tyrant, or a generally heartless ruler. Though I am guilty of writing her in said light (The Alicorn Chronicles), is only because that is the way that the character must feel about her for his own development...then again, I also write her in a far more positive light too (The Chronicle of Tau Niem), so I feel that I am excused...? I hope?

I didn't even like Celestia as she was in the show
she came off as being really fake to me, but at least Eternal deals with that.

Yeah, I hope at some point they give the princesses their due. After all, Cadence has had 4 episodes, basically just for her. Celestia? None, maybe one, if you want to count the Philomina ep? Luna? One. Writers, I am not amuse.

I have two things to say on that...
One, (IC) you try living for more than a millennia and see how boring it gets!
Two, she is a princess that banished her little sister to the moon...I wonder where Tyrant-Celestia came from?
