    Hello,

    I apologize, I have to delay the chapter until tomorrow. I just want to put some finishing touches on this chapter as it is (supposed to be) the last one of story arc # 3! I have the next few chapters planned out and I don't expect there to be many changes if any, so there should not be any more delays for at least the month of July.

    SSatMoM - No Chapter Until June 2nd

    Hello,

    I'm really sorry that I will have to say there will be no chapter until the regularly scheduled one this Thursday. It was a very busy week and then weekend - I don't want to rush anything in the story, I want to take my time when needed to make sure the story flows properly and that I don't miss any plot beats. I promise to get things back into swing after this!

    Meant to make this post yesterday. Been swamped. Not quite burnt out, but not far off. Manageable. Anyway I suspect I will have chapter out tomorrow, and will try to pre-write enough that I can guarantee next Thursday release.

    Just for one day this time! New chapter up tomorrow - Pinkie Promise. I have been putting in some time day by day but a few snags at the end of last week meant I couldn't put in as much time as I wanted. I will get this whole writing schedule thing sorted out and be back next week on time. I swear! I could rush out the new chapter this evening, but I do not want quality to suffer.

Blog on Updates #7 (The One Where I Once Again Explain My Lateness) · 12:58am Apr 4th, 2021

Hello,

I started working a lot more hours on Monday. I do ten hour days + for those who don't know (everyone on this site), I have three kids. So most of my time now is spent working or with my kids. I'm not going to change the current schedule or stop writing altogether, because I don't want to. I want to continue to write my stories and my one shots. It will just take me some time to adjust to this new life schedule and fit in some meaningful writing and editing time.

I've actually had the next chapter of Sunny Starscout and the Mystery of Magic done for over a week now, I just need to edit it.

Anyway, look out for the story updates... soon. Trying my best to get back on track.

Yeah, between them and work, and trying to not go insane, there's not a ton of room for writing...

Part of that is an excuse, I won't lie, but even on the weekends I have work to do. I'm working on blog posts for my employer's website right now, so I am writing but not pony stories! Which is why I am putting it out there for the readers and why I am not giving up completely.
