Bat Pony Blep: Slurry Drop

This was a collection of doodles I threw together.

1) I saw a fruit bat eating a banana and thought it'd be hilarious to draw Slurry Drop bleping as he ate one. Slurry Drop works as a firefighter in Hollow Shades, the forests become especially dry in the summer and sadly wildfires are known to break out in the secluded home of the bat ponies. After the fall of Nightmare Moon many of the species she had created to fight against Celestia went into hiding to escape prosecution by ponies who feared them. As a result they had to create their own society and that included their own guards, medics, military and firefighters. Slurry Drop is a proud member of the 4th EHSC or the 4th Equestrian Hotshot Crew, they specialize in fighting fires in remote areas with low logistical support. Slurry uses a bright red flame retardant that is deployed from a pressurized tank on his back, using his wings he pushes the air to move the slurry where it needs to go to hit the flames. This is the first version of his firefighting uniform and I think it turned out pretty good.

2) Hippocratic Oath is a Wolfpony who was found as a baby in the dense forests of Hollow Shades, she was raised by her father Obsidian Blade (a bat pony guard) and her mother Kitti who raised the small wolfpony cub as their own. Growing up Oath always dreamed of being part of the Lunar Guard just like her father, and wished for a way to help the soldiers that defended her home and loved ones. Here she's wearing her ceremonial armor for an event her unit is holding, next to her is her ever present aid bag. She always carries it around when she's on the job and it carries all the tools she needs to keep a pony alive. She can't help but giggle at how silly her best friend looks but its all in good fun. Slurry just wishes he knew what was so funny.

3) Here is the first doodle I've ever done for Slurry Drop's firefighter uniform, I think it turned out ok but I can definitely see some changes in the future.
