Rainbow Factory Layout

Someone asked me earlier today how the Upper Factory was laid out. Specifically, as it was before the renovations done by the time of Pegasus Device. I took some time in MS Paint to mock up the general idea I have of it by now.

Keep in mind that there'll be some inconsistencies in this to the stories, as the stories are inconsistent with themselves. Part of that is me not paying enough attention when writing, part of it is me deciding I prefer one design better than one I used in the past, and part of it is I like the creepy feeling given by the Factory being slightly non-Euclidian. That in mind, see the splendors of my artistic talent below.

Keep in mind there's dozens and dozens of smaller walkways not represented here, and by the time of Pegasus Device a lot of them have been destroyed or left to fall into ruin.

And, like I said, I have not been consistent between stories. ^_^;;

The Factory always felt like it was its own malevolent entity that the Pegasi only had some control over, and the idea that it sometimes just flat-out changes entirely really does add an extra layer of horror.
Really love the layout, and the drawing feels like something you'd see posted up next to a staircase or something to describe where the fire exits are.

I always thought it was one straight shot into the PD's room from the entrance. Pretty cool to see an official lay out. Even if, as you've said, it's not 100% consistent.
