Hey there guys,
It certainly has been awhile, hasn't it? For those of you wondering, no I am not dead. I've just been busy for some time. School last semester took up a lot of my time. Not to mention work and the majority of 2020 threatening to eat away at my mental health. I haven't been as motivated to do the things I like or wanted to do. But with a new year, comes a new beginning! That's right, as part of my New Year's resolutions, I'm going to start to be more active online as I can be. I'm participating and audition in projects for Youtube, maybe work on some content for my new Youtube Channel, as well as work on my fanfics on here!
That being said though, I'd like to take the time to talk about the future of Ponyville Runaways. I recently read through some of what I had written so far, and I have to say I'm a little bit embarrassed by some of what I wrote in it. There's definitely some things I would change nowadays such as cutting down on the references, making them not so obvious, making a few characters a bit more likeable and easy to sympathize with and what not. But now in regards to future chapters. I'm sorry, but I just don't have the right mindset to continue it at this time. Therefore, I'm placing the story on an official hiatus until I can figure out what to do next. I repeat, it is NOT cancelled, and at some point in the future I may comeback and revisit it. but for now, I'll be focusing my time on putting together stories that I feel more passionate towards such as Rise of the Shadow Empire, which is currently undergoing a revamp with the help of my friends.

We've all been there. Take your time in your updates and just focus on maintaining your mental health; we can wait.
Not to worry, everybody has been there no doubt & patience is always a virtue. Though I am curious on which direction you plan to take Ponyville Runaways. Until then, stay safe & healthy, hope to hear from you again soon.
