Some thoughts regarding New Year's · 11:10pm Dec 31st, 2020
The anticipated day has arrived: 2020 is swiftly becoming no more. For some reason, everyone somehow now thinks the world will now suddenly be drastically improved. Positive thinking fun, but some thoughts come to mind:
1. Every year has bad things happen in it. 2021 will have plenty of bad things happen. Accept it before it even happens.
2. Your politicians should not determine your actions. Too many people let presidents and other politicians be their gods when they're just flawed humans.
3. If you don't change anything about your life, you should not expect anything to get any better- especially your problems.
There's gonna be a whole lot of people come the end of January who are gonna be real disappointed that their life is still difficult, and just as terrible as 2020 was for them. Not once will they realize that what's terrible about them is themselves in the first place.
Your next year is filled with all sorts of good and bad things; what your life becomes, and your attitudes in regards to it, are totally up to you. Make the choice now before it's forced upon you.
Honestly it’s to the point where people just hope for a better year.
Can’t really blame them it had been stressful but nice advice you gave us.
