Bad news for A Hero's Rise · 5:34am Dec 31st, 2020
I have some bad news about A Hero's Rise.
I'll start with the Bad news I'm cancelling the story, Why? Simply put I'm doing a Ben 10 fan comic and having more than one project might cause burnout. So I'm pushing the self destruct button on this story. you have till the 5th of January to read the only chapter before I delete the story.
In better news, I am planning another story to replace this one. I don't know what it will be yet but I do have some ideas
Here's the plot synopsis as I am a custom to give when I do cancel a story.
Zack is dragged through the desert by Applejack before having enough and transforms into Ghostfreak to escape since she had a gun to his head. Applejack makes it back to Dodge Junction and gets accused of murdering her Deputies even with the proof and only the interference of Zack saves her life and kills the mayor who is a Changeling. The town wants Applejack's blood when the Mayor's body is discovered and Both Zack and her bearly escape.
A few days pass as the two wonder what they're going to do now before being caught by Knight-guards and arrested for being believed to be rebels. They are then split up and taken to a prison where Zack meets Big Mac, they break out, Big Mac is revealed to be part of the resistance and they escape after freeing the prisoners.
After some adventures (that were not planned) they beat Nightmare Moon and learn that Celestia was a statue hidden by NNM and the fleeing thing was just a lie to demoralize and bring allies to NNM side (this is a special fuck you to the first comment on this story) peace is restored thought Starlight Glimmer (who was a member of the resistance) learns that history wasn't supposed to go this way, and someone altered history. Applejack, Zack and Big Mac all agree to go back in time to fix it. Though they also know that this will effectively make them aliens in a new timeline.
The story ends with a fight with Canon Starlight and the final ending of the story is Applejack executing Canon Starlight in Canterlot much to the horror of Twilight Sparkle who was trying to talk both of them down.
It’s nice to see how the story would have went. Also, what ideas do you have?
