Where things will go from here (And what I can confirm on the next story) · 6:15pm Dec 13th, 2020

So... The Days of New Equestria Season 1 has come to a close, and there is a lot to unpack. Chrysalis and Tirek's relationship has implied to have begun. Grogar has been betrayed by Leo's evil clone, named Sephtis. And Leo, Luster Dawn, and Magma Burn are all far away from home. So... what happens next, and how long will it be before those loose ends are tied up?

Well, in short... it will take a while.

Because before I start Season 2, there are some things I want to do first:

- Add a new Chapter to The Dawn of a New Mission. There were many flaws, one being that it felt rushed. I'm trying to add extra chapters until many of you say it's pacing has been resolved. There are many other errors too, but I will not fix those before starting Season 2. I may do it when it's halfway done. I'm not only doing this to make it more perfect, but I want it to be Equestria Daily worthy.

-Change The Dusk of Troubled Views. This is the story I said earlier that I would change. For one, there are elements that are OOC for the MLP franchise, and I want it to be close to MLP while also my own style. So for things like religion and the mention of autism, I'm going to make it a bit more vague, or maybe even make it an offscreen mention. But the bigger kicker is what else I'm going to do... which I will discuss in a future blog. It will not be a repost!

-Add chapters to the rest of my stories (and start a new one). Two of my stories have been idle.

-Pre-write the first few episodes. I don't want Season 2 to be as delayed and off-schedule as Season 1. If any of you want to give it a shot at writing episodes, by all means, you have my permission.

When all that is done, I can kick off the next season.

Now, here is a small mention on what to expect on Season 2... first of all, Tirek and Chrysalis' relationship will be visible, and even be a focus a couple of times. The history of Magma Burn will be explained as well, as a means to flesh out his character. His relationship with not just Leo, but also the Reformed Legion of Doom, will be explored in a couple of episodes. And one last thing I can confirm, is that a new member will be living in the castle right when the Season 2 premiere comes to a close.

Also, as my cover art shows, there will be a new design for the characters! And I'm marking it official too! So some day in the future, I may have the previous cover arts remastered when all is said and done.
