"Cheesy as Pie" finished! "Calming of the Storm" next! · 3:29am Nov 15th, 2020
Well I have another episode of the Flurry Heart's Story complete! It took a little longer than I was expecting due to several things delaying me throughout the summer combined with just being lazy about working on it at times. It's finally done though and I am glad to see how bittersweet the ending was! We sadly never got to see any romantic interactions between Cheese and Pinkie in the show until it was suddenly revealed at the end that they got together at some point. It felt a bit weird and too surprising to see Pinkie walk in with Li'l Cheese and have no build-up for a relationship between her and Cheese, so I hope this fanfic helped with that. I plan to answer a lot of other questions that might have been asked after Season 9 ended over a year ago with this series.
For this next story, "Calming of the Storm", we're going to be introduced to Rainbow Dash's new family, in particular, her son, Storm Streak (Stormy for short). He'll be the subject of this episode and I'll be revealing a lot about Dashie's life for the past 8 years. She seemed to get the most flack from fans for being too self-centered and not learning well enough from her mistakes, so I hope this story makes her more likable. I never hated or even disliked Rainbow Dash as a character, but I always felt like the writers didn't care for her much and that's why she seemed to get the short end of the stick with character development. I assure you that Stormy will be a very lovable character and a great addition to the "next-gen" mane six cast.
Now before I start "Calming of the Storm" I may pump out another chapter of the "Journals of the Council of Friendship." Since Cheesy as Pie just finished, it would seem fitting to do Pinkie's chapter next.

For right now that's kinda the plan. If you see one of my recent blog posts, I have the synopses done and all the first few episodes after Elements Assemble introduce the Mane Six in some way if you read the descriptions, but I'm still having a hard time figuring out how to put Rarity in for an episode.

Right now it's only "Elements Assemble", the pilot story, and "Cheesy as Pie". The series is just getting started so there's not much to it yet.

Oh I sort of misunderstood but okay I got you I did read Elements Assemble which that was pretty awesome
Speaking of Pinkie Pie and Cheese Sandwich you still remember the season 10 comics taking place between the coronation and the last problem they said something they're going to explore the relationship between those two which they said this is Cannon to the show so maybe we could see it I mean I wish we could have seen it in the show but still at least it's something

Oh really? I'm not too sure about the S10 comic. The designs for some of the characters in that Zecora arc looked like badly-designed OCs and didn't really appeal to me which is a shame cuz right when we finally get some backstory for Zecora, that happens. I wasn't always too keen about a lot of things with the comics, but I did think that Sombra's backstory was interesting in them and gave him more character to go off of.

Okay the design-wise yeah I guess some of the comics wasn't too great especially the pony life which I hate the design but at least we got the chance to see what happened between those events between the coronation and the last problem I mean it's better than nothing but I'm sure a lot of people has different opinion about how it goes and everything you know what I mean

There are a few things about the comics that were good. Like I said, Sombra's backstory is interesting. I haven't read it but I know the summary and I didn't like the Cosmos arc cuz that just takes Discord's villain status and makes him less formidable.

The one thing you should know about the comics is Sombra was redeemed in the Crystal Empire storyline and Celestia is in love with an alternate dimension version of Sombra.
