Story Idea Involving a Film Called Help! I’m a Fish · 3:17am Nov 8th, 2020
Several times, I’ve frequently considered doing a fanfic that parodies this movie, particularly as a dedication to the late Alan Rickman, who played the film’s antagonist, Joe the Pilot Fish.
What I’ve been particularly interested in doing is creating a story that is faithful to the movie, but at the same time...be very different story wise. For instance, the sea creature characters would still remain while the characters on the surface would be My Little Pony characters instead of humans.
However, I’ve been having trouble figuring out who the main focus of the story would be. I’ve often considered either using the Young Six or the Cutie Mark Crusaders in the company of Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon, or the Young Six in the company of Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon. I’m still not sure, though.
Anyone have any ideas? And, do you think I should go forward with this idea I have?
