Wasteland Soul X

Hey everyone. To those of you who have noticed the hiatus tag on the story, don't worry I still intend to finish it and this is by no means a silent hiatus into obscurity. Simply put, having gone back and looked at some previous chapters, I've decided that some rewrites are in order. I'll try to keep them from being too drastic but I make no promises. Some of the dialogue I found was...robotic, something I had a character say to only move the plot forward and that makes for little more than a cut by cut series of words pumped out by a soul-less drone to complete a narrative and I will not have the tone vary so radically.

This will be a good opportunity for me to get the whole story all at once fresh in my head and ideas I developed along the way I hadn't considered yet in the past may make appearances as appropriate in places and characterizations for certain characters may be altered for similar reasons. Overall this is more for me to regather the scope of my own project so I might direct my focus better in this project and others moving forward. If some cleanup is what it takes to reach my ideal world then I think that's a delay worth enduring.
