    Merry Christmas.

Howdy folks, Just wanted to take a moment to wish everyone a slightly late Christmas, and to give a bit of an update on things.

For one, I have a few chapters for The Peddler that I'll be posting soon, perhaps as early as tomorrow.

Light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not overcome it.

    Howdy folks, GC here.

I'm sure many (or maybe few) have wondered where I've been these past months. Well, long story short, breaking an arm and dealing with deaths in family are never easy. So, most of my writing (along with almost everything else) had flatlined the past few months. But, with time, both my familial and physical wounds have healed, and so I've taken up the pen again.

    A little update.

Howdy folks, Chaos here, I know it has been near two months since my last few posts, and since then I have been rather quiet. Well, I'm sure many of you will be glad to hear that I do have a few revised chapters done for We're Not in Europe Anymore..., however, I had found, again, a rather lack of interest in the story. Perhaps my sense of Artist's Syndrome has kept me from accepting their

    The Answer

Morning folks, as promised I have given some thought to a solution to the problem regarding We're Not In Europe Anymore... and have come to a conclusion. I spoke to a moderator on this site yesterday regarding posting two separate stories, one as a rewrite while still keeping the original up, but he recommended to me that I simply delete the old chapters to the original and post rewrites,

    A Serious Question

Howdy folks, Chaos here. After a long time of inactivity on this site, I have decided to give it a go once again. Now, I have found myself wanting to continue We're Not In Europe Anymore, however, after rereading the chapters that are currently posted, I instantly lost a great deal of will to do so. These are the main reasons why:

Howdy folks, Chaos here, I know it has been near two months since my last few posts, and since then I have been rather quiet. Well, I'm sure many of you will be glad to hear that I do have a few revised chapters done for We're Not in Europe Anymore..., however, I had found, again, a rather lack of interest in the story. Perhaps my sense of Artist's Syndrome has kept me from accepting their quality, or that such discouragement comes at the fact that it's concept has not aged well in general over the years. Maybe, just maybe, I need to accept the fact that I will never have interest in it again, though of this I'm unsure. Whatever it may be, I have stopped work on it for now, but while this is not very good news for some, I bring also a bit of good with this post.

I have decided to take up writing a new story, one that is, in my mind, fresh and clear to me in what I want it to be. In fact, I have nearly written out four chapters for this, and I am close to feeling confident to post it up. Here is a little sample for you all:

The sun lay low in the sky now. It must have been around four or five in the afternoon. It didn’t matter to him though, but he had to admit, the low light made the plains look even better than when he had seen them before a few hours ago. ‘Least, the last time he had paid them any notice. He now stood atop a hill, as he had many dozens of times before now, though this one lowered down at a decline barely noticeable, and marked the entrance into the flatlands. The wind was not as strong here, likely from the fact that the mountains to each side of the valley had moved off away from each other for the last couple of miles, but, it was still a low gust; the tall grass and weeds and, now, small shrubs fluttered along as they had done for some time now. He shrugged the pack upon his back, and sighed a low sigh, and started along the road again.

I have a few more chapters planned that I wish to have finished and edited first before I publish it, but hopefully work and my other responsibilities don't hinder my plans. To conclude, let me hear your thoughts and opinions, and have a blessed day.

As always, cheers.
