I'd say that the Stormtroopers would win.

Even a shitty shooter hits his target twice a day. Plus, the Stormtroopers have armor, however ineffective it might be.

with the exception of intimidation clone/storm trooper armor serves absolutly no purpose...even the weakest of blasters cut thru it like its not even there, whats more you cant even make the argument that its meant to handel more mundane threats, when the ewoks can beat a storm trouper to death with sticks it clearly does jack all....

Here's the thing about stormtrooper aim: they are INTENTIONALLY missing targets UNDER ORDERS so they can find rebel outposts and bases
Their aim isn't bad (see ben kenobi pointing out the accuracy of the shots on the jawas in a new hope) the troops themselves just need to leave survivors either for later torturing for information or to follow to the target they really want.
Any and all argument involving those little midget wookies known as ewoks will remain uncontested.... Mostly because it shows how effective the armor isn't.
