Alternate Hearts: Shadedheart, Quiltedheart, Liarheart, Tornheart, Leadheart · 4:45am May 8th, 2020
I'm on a roll with adding these things. And at the time of posting this, it's like twenty minutes till the next day. So I'm gonna do some more! Welcome to some of the inanimate object versions!
The next few alternate Heartbreaks are almost going to have some form of parasitic characteristics to them.
Here we have Shadedheart, a living shadow pony that has to latch onto another being just to communicate with others!
Along with the regular grab bag of curses, she has weird shadow manipulation powers! These can usually be used to emotionally scar others though...
Heartbreak and all her alternates belong to me.
Cream Puff belongs to her creator.
Twilight and ponies belongs to Hasbro.
Some worlds just couldn't be. Other worlds are a joke.
The heartbreak of this puppet based world isn't sure which it is.
But really, when hasn't there been a time when you've wanted to tell this to the Rarity in your life?

What if HB's essence was crammed into a puppet that was only animated when picked up?! You'd have this horrible situation! I said that some of these would be parasitic in nature!
A most curious case that prompted me to dip back into a skill I hadn't in some time!
That being origami!

I finagled a rough framework for this version.
Tornheart has the advantages of being made of paper! She can be folded, unfolded, slip into cracks and tight spaces. And if she tries really hard, she can refold herself into any origami design!
She has the disadvantages of... well.. being made of paper... fire, water, dirt, fet, a good hard stiff breeze can send her flying away! She also has to be careful around others least she give them paper cuts that cause physical -and- emotional damage!
Like stated before, she can refold herself into anything, but to do so, it requires time, patience, concentration, and importantly: more paper! That's right, she has to eat more paper!
Clean sheets are fine, but paper that's been folded up into other shapes, particularly fruit based shapes is preferred.
Also... there's not one pony here, but two! Drawn upon tornheart's leg is leadheart!
Being trapped as a layer of graphite sheets on the surface of paper, we have Leadheart!
This version of Heartbreak is doomed to being a drawing on a piece of paper, in this case, one of the many folds of Tornheart.
Leadheart can be transferred to other pieces of paper, but sticks to Tornheart because she has a house drawn on one of her folds. Gonna say around the neck area.
Leadheart needs food and other objects drawn for her. Which is a mixed bag depending on the skills and demeanor of the artist in question.
How she came to be on Tornheart is currently up in the air, but one thing is for sure: she's living a lonesome existence, what with the lack of actual ponies and twilight not knowing the Hayratic method yet...
A sad, soundless, word bubble-filled life on the papers' edge..

Maybe? My future sight skills are far out of my control and I never know when they turn on.
What about an EQG human HB in Equestria with the cursed blessing of a killer figure that draws everyone's attention. The stallions will want her, the mares will want her, and both will be depressed a few minutes after leaving her proximity. The foals will see her as the perfect caretaker/supervisor/whatever. It would make her so distracting that even doing regular business is a chore, what with the pony being so distracted. The curse can be mitigated somewhat with more concealing clothes, which will make HB likely to start overheating, and she will start to remove layers subconcioisly. She wouldn't go all the way, though. There are standards, after all.
The real boot to the head: the magic suitcase that fell on her upon arrival only has form fitting clothes in it. All the footwear has high heels, and she is very wobbly in them. The only consolation is that the suitcase can clean and repair her clothes.
Also, Rarity keeps dropping off stylish new things for her to wear.
Heartthrob seems to be the most appropriate name for this idea.
