This bat pony or thestral version of Heartbreak has the ability to remind others of their dead loved ones with her screeching! Which is why she really doesn't like talking all that much...
During the events of creativi-tea, this version of Heartbreak came across a tome that spoke of a treasure known as "the heart of dreams".
This powerful magical artifact was said to grant the user any wish or heart's desire...
After the aftermath of that story, Sidhe Heart ran away and began to search high and low for this heart of dreams, pausing to send untraceable letters to the princess.
And how might she be able to do all these things when all other versions of Heartbreak languish in despair?
Why, she has a simple yet more powerful ability than most of the others ..
When Heartbreak arrived in Equestria, ten years of her age had been nicked away.
You'd think that'd be great right?
Well what if it hadn't been just ten years!?
What if it had been more like twenty-five!?
Well, you'd get this filly-fided version of Heartbreak who has a creepy black balloon that's permanently attached and if you're unlucky, will send out shadowy tendrils that will force you to relive your worst foalhood memories!!!
Hailing from a version of Equestria that's more cyber punk and bioshock, -this- version of Heartbreak can transform into any electronic device, however she needs a power source if she wants to operate said device. Aka a flashlight? Sure. A working flashlight? Gonna need batteries.
Oh, and there are those moments where in which those pesky emotions cause her to glitch out for a few minutes at a time..
From a Fallout inspired universe to the ever popular fallout equestria universe, we come face to face with Dead Heart. This version of Heartbreak was delivered to the Council of Nine not by Dave the Slaugh, but Sandra the Werewolf, our soon to be pony wasn't treated so delicately and because of it canfe out worse for wear.
Dead Heart finds herself alone more than not due to the fact that her extended presence causes others to hallucinate their dead loved ones!
Course not -all- ponies are this as a negative... This universes Cream Puff is more than happy to see her dead parents!

Also, I know how many of these you've thought up and was afraid to see 20+ notifications.
Also also Young Heart is terrifying.
Now I'm thinking about a Roidmude called Heart (from Kamen Rider Drive), and what would happen if HB wound up as a Roidmude.
