"Friendship is an island that you retreat to. And you fall on the floor and laugh at all the ninnies who don't have enough brains to have your good taste." --Ray Bradbury
5248015 I'm glad you like my cartoon. I'm not prolific, but I try to be good. My cartoon production is as low budget as possible. Skellinor was made from two Modibot build-a-figure kits and Air-dry clay. The sets for S-mart are just two copies of grocery store photos glued onto cardboard. The outdoor scenes are blue poster board for the sky and green felt for the grass. The other ponies are from the MLP Guardians of Harmony toy line as they are the best-looking and the most posable. How do I make their facial expressions? Well, I use a method Robot Chicken and Toyfare Magazine used; non-drying modeling clay. It's amazing what a few rolled slivers of white and black clay can express when planted on the Bone Pone or the toys the right way. The clay doesn't mess up the toy paint jobs, thank goodness. I use MS paint to make the pictures just right. I found Comic Sans and Bone letters programs online for the title and the dialog. The camera is a simple Polaroid iE826 model. I try to build my own props, but sometimes I have to buy stuff like the Gerbil Ball Skellinor was in for the Covid-19 cartoon. All very simple, basic stuff. Just as well, as I am not a tech-guy.
