Figured I may as well pop in and say howdy.
With the Coronavirus going on, seems even my feeble attempts to get away from Pony for a bit and recharge has been for naught. My hours at work have been cut, there's virtually nothing for me to do outside - not that I did go out to begin with, I'm still sort of introverted in that regard, and I'd rather limit how much I go out to begin with.
So I find myself back on my computer, staring at either a document for pony fanfiction, or some other kind of story. Once again I'm tapping away in the hopes of completing something to post, so I can get people to lowkey validate my existence and sing praise to the fact I've updated a story, how good the chapter was, and even spark up a conversation about what went on in that chapter, rekindle the ever waning interest of my followers despite the fact I've been 'dead' for a hot minute.
Do people still care to read my words? Consume the content I might post on here? I don't know, but I can assure you one thing, I haven't improved my writing one tiny bit.
I've already lost a few readers it seems, but I don't blame them. Why follow a dead author? I'm not dead, I'll tell you that, I'm just exhausted and I need a break. I'm not a machine, and my interest comes and goes like the morning tides, crashing against the shores of creativity and receding back into the depths of stagnation.
I guess to put it less eloquently.

Personally, I'm trying to figure out how to do unemployment because I got laid off. I'm not the lazy deadbeat type, no offence if that offends anyone. I've always had a job... I don't know how these things work.
I'm not really complaining though, I haven't had this much time off since highscool, 10ish years ago.
