Pony Life: Speculation

Thought of something recently. Some speculation on Pony Life. Nothing to really back it up as a theory. Also, unlikely to be accurate, but I do like it.

So, what we have:

• Pinkie Pie has been having her own show with Hello Pinkie Pie
• In "The Last Problem," Pinkie has a child with Li'l Cheese
• Pony Life is supposed to be more exaggerated and cartoony
• Supposedly, Pony Life is supposed to focus more on Sugarcube Corner.

Conclusion: Pony Life is Pinkie Pie telling Li'l Cheese stories.

Just imagine it. We start with something more in line with the traditional animation or movie/ Rainbow Roadtrip style. Things get set up. Maybe it's bed time for Li'l Cheese, maybe they're feeling fussy, or maybe they find something that got or forgotten, and it reminds Pinkie Pie of a story. From there, it switches to the new, more exaggerated cartoon style as Pinkie tells her child the story around it. None of the exciting adventures that are dangerous and she feels is inappropriate for a young foal, but cute little stories about silly and fun things happening around Sugarcube Corner, where Pinkie lived and worked most of the time.

If that were the case, it would make it a bit more interesting to me.

Yeah. I have to say that IS some excellent headcanon. :-D Makes A GREAT DEAL of sense. It is understandable that Pinkie would share those types of stories as bedtime pieces for her son and ALSO understandable that she would edit out the stuff she (probably correctly) would think would be too scary for a young child.

They probably won't actually show any such framing device, but headcanon accepted anyway.
