Fall Of Equestria: For Honor, Character Background · 12:45am Oct 17th, 2019
Today's blog will be featuring one of my characters from my For Honor Fic. Please leave a comment of who you want to see next aside from Twilight and The Mane six.
Today will be looking into the background of Wulfric. Lord of the four clans, slayer of kings and newly crowned King In the North.
Wulfric was born in a small village in the lands of Valkenheim and was a member of the clan Warborn who's people were a band of outcasts thrown out by their former clans, his mother died giving birth to him leaving his father who was the chieftain to raise him along with the help of the village but rather than seeing this as a curse from the gods, Wulfrics father took it as a blessing and made sure he raised him the best way he could without spoiling him.
Life seemed to be going well for the clan and as the chieftain watched his son grow to be a strong and respectable warrior but all of that was cut short when a messenger from Dainn Stonehoof came to the clan offering them a chance to join his army to conquer the distant lands of Equestria, the messenger tried tempting the chieftain with promises of more land, riches and women then any of them had ever dreamed of but unlike the other clans, the Warborn only fought to protect their own or to avenge a crime done against them and after refusing the messengers offer the chieftain was challenged to single combat for leadership of the clan.
The duel was brought to a swift end with the messenger defeated but this was not to be the end. Not long after the duel, a violent blizzard appeared out of nowhere and began to encircle the village trapping everyone inside and for one year the people slowly starved leaving few survivors, among the victims was Wulfrics father.
With no other options left, Wulfric lead his people to Equestria where they had discovered that the Stonehooves had all but dominated the land and subjugated its females. Their campaign would begin in the small town of Ponyville where the same messenger who had challenged his father was residing and after a swift raid, Wulfric killed the traitor and freed all the slaves in the town including an earth pony with a golden mane and a pegasus with a Rainbow one.
After successfully sacking the town, the Warborn retreated west to regroup and gather their strength in what was soon the be the bloodiest war in Equestria's history.
