Multiple blog posts about latest story chapters, forthcomming story ideas & my time at Bronycon 2019

Hi again everypony! First off I really, really want to apologize to one and all on the site who've been reading the chapters and have been wondering and asking about when I would post more. Well, I'm here today to say I'm going to update what I'm working on into three separate blog posts. This first one is about my Silverstream and Gallus story and what's coming next for it, the second post will be about my time at this past summer's Bronycon and the third will be about my submission, The Apple-Pie Hubbub, for the 'Write an Episode' group challenge group I joined.

So, first off, I've just posted the latest chapter for my Silverstream and Gallus story and I have to say that this was genuinely one of the toughest things for me to write. Having so many characters to keep track of and make sure each one got a speaking line and making sure I didn't forget any to take a turn at each trial was very challenging to write. So much so I had to write up a small score card of sorts to keep track of them with. This story has been forcing me to speed up certain aspects of writing when considering what scenes I do and don't want to put in; being able to see and read what should be in the story to propel it forward and know what's just filler or excess dialogue that could be reduced or cut out completely. Also, getting to come up with a group of O.C.'s for Silverstream and Gallus to be friends with (as well as a group of adversaries) has been a lot of fun for me.

The entire part I had written came out to be over 62 pages in length and I thought I was going to be able to break it into 3 manageable sizes of about 20 pages each. But my editor said 'nope' to that idea at the place I was trying to use. The story wouldn't work right if I wanted to put in a break where I wanted so chapter 6 ended up being pretty big while chapter 7 (I'm posting that next week) is less then half the size. Chapter 8 is well underway and I'm hoping to have it ready to post by Halloween time or there about. I want to thank eveypony who left a message or comment on this story and greatly appreciate all the feedback. Just keep reading it and I'll keep writing it. :)
