Phoenix Nebula

Chaos is not the opposite of Harmony but apart of it. Both chaos and order together create a balance known as Harmony. Without one you cannot have have the other and without either there is nothing.

    What would make you cry.

I'm talking about like something in a story? What would make you, as a reader, legitimately cry? For me have a very loved character die would be the best way to make me cry, or maybe something else tragic. Then again it doesn't have to be a sad cry it could be tears of joy, maybe seeing a character have a come back from a near defeat or even come back to life defying death it self.

    Immortaly =/= sadness

This is one thing that constantly irritates me about Immortal Twilight stories, they always have Twilight become super miserable and depressed, or delve into dark magic to revive her friends. I get it's sad to lose friends, but what erks me is that this isn't a thing exclusive to immortal beings, last October my Grandfather died of cancer, my dog died about a month ago, my childhood doctor died

    No Mane 6 in M&M

Like the title says I've decided to forget about having the rest of the mane 6 in the story I'm struggling to much with trying to write them in a way that doesn't have them appear as flat, 2-dimensional characters. So yeah no mane six in their place I'll try and add other characters that don't have much in the way of personality that I can just build from scratch for the most part, like

Moon and Magic is not dead!

Like the title says! I have not abandoned M&M and I don't ever plan to, I unfortunately, had to cancel Imperfect due to issues in my personal life, but M&M has no ties to my Personal life so it's safe and will be continued. I haven't been able to continue it do to life still because well I have to work so my bank account is not 0 and I have other projects that I'm working on. One of these

My Burning hatred and Frustration with Season 9. · 4:29pm Jun 21st, 2019

Okay, I'm going to make this quick to avoid it becoming a huge rant. So, I'll get right to the point; Twilight is fucking stupid and inept in season 9 and it is pissing me off. This season is trying too hard at having Twilight learn to be a leader and has made her look completely incompetent as a result. It honestly feels like she has regressed in character. This is season 9 and it looks like Twilight completely forgot how to organize and lead, which she first learned in season, fucking, ONE! We have already gone through the prosses of Twilight learning to be an effective leader and have seen her lead. We saw at the beginning of season 4 where she took command calmly and effectively when Celestia and Luna vanished. At the end of season 4, we saw her finally figure out what her role is in Equestria as a princess. We have seen her grow and learn how to become a good and effective leader, and then season 9 rolls around and it's like someone took a fucking tap to her brain and drained it all out!

Seriously this is not only frustrating as a fan of Twilight but it's just horribly bad writing! I feel like what the should have done is have Twilight struggle a little as anyone would before they have fully acclimated to a new situation but in the end, she shows she has what it takes to lead, maybe have a few hiccups here and there that she needs to solve, but in the end she should be able to handle it, this was an opportunity see Twilight in full leader mode and they FUCKED IT UP!

Also, can I just talk about the utter bull shit that is her magic right now? Like what the fuck! Her special talent is magic in a world of FUCKING MAGIC! I don't expect her to be unstoppable, but good god it feels like she is waaaaaaaay underpowered from where she should be. Again a missed opportunity to have her show her true power by having her raise the sun with an artifact instead of by herself. The premiere has an, even more, egregious sin when Twilight couldn't use her magic to get out of Sombra's crystals but then NOT EVEN FIVE FUCKING MINUTES LATER SHE TELEPORTS HER SELF AND HER FRIENDS TO CANTERLOT NOT EVEN WINDED! By conservative estimates that's 35 Kilometers! LIKE WHAT THE FUCK! UUUUUUURRRRRGGGG!

Okay, I'm good now I just needed to get that off my chest. Please tell me your opinion in the description below and I'll see you around.

i stopped watching after terik because the show started going downhill from there so it was inevitable that at the final season it would be sh***.

Yeah I mostly did after season 5. I couldn't take the bad writing anymore. I kind of wanted to try and watch the last season but I regret it now.

Well it is bad writting, it is suffering from what I like to call the True Superman Paradox. (or TSP for short)

In which the main character has grow powerfull or so smart and cunning that they should be able to get past any obstcles with any major problems but instead of making someone equally cunning and strong they make the main character gain the mental prowess of a mister potato head filled with silly puddy or make something that gets the power of infinity - cough - doomsday - cough - with contrivances and sheer stupidity so that the main character who was supposed to be able to able to confront this threat has to fall back to square 1 and "prove their worth" once again, that or they mess up and their self confidence is shattered making them fully inpet/everyone starts hating them cause that one mistake outshines all the good they did previously.

That seems to be the problem. I honestly could still think of ways to give Twilight a challenge. As for the superman issue comics did later give him more powerful opponents to test his strengths, but then they started to run into the Dragon Ball power creep issue where the characters got more powerful, but the way they fought was the same so it kind of felt like they didn't grow at all.

Could I have other Season 9 examples since the crystals could be anti-magic and/or anti-teleportation crystals she couldn’t teleport out of them during S3 either
