Well gang, with the show ending and the cast and crew moving on, so too must many of the fine writers on this site. One such writer is the fantastic Sarcastic Brony, a veteran of Fimfiction and one of my favorite writers. Understandably, he's lost interest and thus his creative spark and feels that it's time for him to leave the site and pursue other creative venues. When I first read his story "How Many Friends Have You Made Today?!", I was blown away by both his writing and creativity, showing us an alternate and darker take on our favorite ponies, particularly a certain purple unicorn. The sequel was even better, a tale of redemption, overcoming trauma and learning to forgive those that wronged you.
Sadly, "How Many Lovers Have You Made Today?", the third entry in the series, will never be completed but I'm okay with that. Hopefully, whatever Sarcastic Brony decides to do next, it will bring him success and fulfilment. So let us not mourn his departure nor point fingers and blame him for abandoning his fans but let us instead offer him good luck on his journey. Who knows? Maybe he'll make it big and we'll see what more brilliant works he has to give us in the future. Wherever his path leads or whatever he does next, may Sarcastic Brony find his niche and muse and let us all part ways on a positive note.
