Cupcakes - The fandom's first big grimdark. Pinkie tortures and kills Rainbow Dash in a highly brutal fashion, then uses parts of her as cupcake ingredients. (Fun Fact: Years before I joined the random, a friend dared me to read it; it's technically the first pony fic I ever read, but I typically prefer to bestow that honor to The Light In The Darkness).

S.A.M. - Essentially Cupcakes, but taken to its most violent, rancid, over-the-top extreme. I've never read it, but from the bits I do know, I think all our lives will be significantly better if we never look at it.

I've read all of those. Cupcakes gave me nightmares, SAM honestly had no effect. Rainbow factory left me sad and slightly disturbed
