I'm afraid I have sad news to share. Because it's been over two years since I made Mare in the Woods, I had ultimately forgotten where I wanted to take the story to. Because of this reason, it is with an equally sad heart that I have decided to mark the story as complete indefinitely.
I know you all wanted a full story as demanded by the fans out of it, but life gets in the way as well as other stories, of the non-MLP kind, that plagues my mind, leaving me with little to no room or time to make any continuations. Plus, the ideas of making any MLP-based stories have completely left me now even way before the series have ended.
I'm sorry for any disappointment this may cause, but I hope you understand.

sure, id have loved a continuation, but not if youre not feeling it. A forced Story wouldnt be as good anyway.
who knows? Maybe youll one day find Inspiration for it again, or Maybe for something else.
Im sure whatever it will be, its going to be amazing.
