    Death Battle Birthday Present!

So, my Birthday is coming up real soon. September 11th, to be precise, so about two weeks 'till I'm 23.

But this isn't a blog post about my birthday.

This is about the next DEATH BATTLE and the next two combatants, who are none other than...

    DISCORD and BILL CIPHER!

    What a lovely present!

I've been a-thinking. · 8:38pm May 27th, 2019

So, I recently saw a few Western movies, Blazing Saddles (Not exactly what I would call story material...)

and the 1960's Magnificient Seven.

So, I think I've got an idea. It's not a direct rework, but here's the catch. It'll be called my old western story's title, Path to Salvation, but it'l feature an all-pony cast, several OCs, and plenty more gunfighting.

Twilight Sparkle and her friends have been invited to Oasis Junction, a desert-borne paradise in the deserts of Equestria, governed by Judge Palm Corner. The town came from a signle spring and now hosts one of the largest cities and resorts in Equestria. However, there is danger in the desert.

An outlaw by the name of Eyescar has taken up residence in the mountains southeast of the settlement, along with his crew. They've had their eyes set on the town's resources...and one pony in particular among them. The Elements visit coincides with the arrival of a mysterious stallion who calls himself "Granite Shard", one who "treads the path". As he arrives and things seem like they are going to quiet once and for all, the bandits make their move.

Not only is the bandit's target kidnapped, but Rarity is taken with them in a case of mistaken identity. The remaining Element Bearers partner with Grantie and his two "brothers", Coalback and Rusted Iron. All three are expert gunslingers, but they all have their motives for wanting Eyescar dead. As the eight of them traverse the desert in pursuit of the outlaws, the bandit's target and Rarity discover Eyescar's own vision and how they all fit into the future of the desert.

Because no matter how clear the water of one's character seems, it always has a bit of sediment fog in the mix. Judge Palm Corner, Granite, Coal, and Rust, Eyescar, even the engimatic target want to impose their vision on the desert south.
