Would it be selfish to make my own fan group? · 9:17pm May 7th, 2019
Before I get bashed for saying this, this is just a simple idea. I’m not going to do anything yet, because I want to know what you guys think first.
I’ve been thinking about making my own fan group for quite some time, but I can never get the courage to actually do it. I’m too nervous that I’ll be bashed for being arrogant and self absorbed. I just want a group where I can talk to you guys all at once and you can easily respond back. I’m also thinking of having a “featured user of the week” thing if this actually gets done. Also, I’m going to need a few people to help, so just hit me up if you’re interested.
Like I said, if you think this is a bad idea, just calmly and politely say so, I don’t want to come off as self absorbed, but I also don’t want to be cyberbullied. Anyway, I have to get ready for soccer, please let me know your thoughts in the comments and also please don’t hate me for one bad idea. Peace out!

No it would not be selfish in my opinion.
I think selfish is the wrong word to use in this situation, I thing narcissistic or egotistical would be a better word to use.
But no, I do not think it would be any lf those, and I say you should do it.
I think it would be a nice idea. Several other authors have done this and it helps them stay connected with their followers.

Making your own fan group doesn't mean you're selfish. It helps you stay connected to your followers. I always had the thought to create my fan group. But I had no strength, confidence, and I lack IQ due to I have a intelligence disorder (ASD). That's because I don't know how to manage a group without making mistakes, and I get easily offended by negative reactions to which I mark it as important and i get too serious which is also why my old version of my story went into downfall (I think...)
